Our Team

Sheila is unique in being a totally hands on woman owner that started in the field as an operator and developed a growing company with 20+ employees. Her passions are in glass surfaces, restoration, business development and residential rooftop safety training. Sheila is most passionate about the advancement of professionalism and recognition of window cleaning as a skilled trade. In addition to growing her highly reviewed service company, Sheila supports her college age daughters (who both may be realizing that A+ Pro could be their dream career) and enjoys being outdoors, hiking, running, biking anything she can do with her Vizsla, Beaucephus!

Aside from cleaning windows after school and during summers growing up, Sadie started her career at A+ Pro Services in 2020 when she moved home to help her mom. While her official title is “new mom”, her occupation is learning the ins and outs of the business that Sheila has created. She has started bringing her daughter in to learn the ropes of our industry as early as possible!

Katie started answering phones for A+ Pro in 2021 and has tried her luck in almost every administrative role at least once! She has been both an asset and a pleasure, as she shows up every day with a smile and a determination to get the job done and serve our clients. Her background in communications and marketing pays off in her everyday duties of getting our messages and marketing out to our clients!

Jayson is A+ Pro’s Operations Manager! He has worked in our industry for 15+ years and joined the A+ team in 2015 when he moved here from New York. Jayson’s knowledge and dedication are assets and we love having him around. Off the clock, Jayson is a proud dad.

Sebastian joined the team in early 2022. He is very personable and passionate about our customers and their homes. He also enjoys a round of golf on the weekends! Have a question about your home? Sebastian can help!

Ed joined the A+ team in 2024 to help support our sales team! If he is not out on an estimating job getting to know our customers one-on-one, he is in the back of the shop transforming Sheila’s ideas into realities.

I relocated to the area in 2022 with my wife, Terri, and our beloved fur baby, Charlie. Prior to the move, I spent 25 years with Toyota Motor Manufacturing in West Virginia, located between Huntington and Charleston. During my time there, I served as a team leader across various departments, including assembly, machinery, and training. I collaborated with all levels of management, from maintenance and engineering teams to external vendors, and came to truly understand that effective communication is essential to success. COMMUNICATION IS KEY! Through years of experience, I’ve developed strong skills in both people and process management. Fun fact: I’m a big Eric Clapton fan!

We’re thrilled to welcome Chris Hill back to the A+ Pro Services team! Chris previously served as our Operations Manager, where his leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence helped shape many of the systems we use today.

After several successful years with Proactive, Chris returns with fresh insight, refined industry experience, and a renewed drive to take our operations to the next level. His deep understanding of both fieldwork and customer expectations makes him a powerhouse in optimizing efficiency and elevating service standards across the board.

Ronnie has been serving A+ Pro clients since 2016. He is a Brunswick County native and loves to hunt and fish when he isn’t pressure washing!

Karl Elken brings decades of leadership and growth experience to A+ Pro Services, blending a proven record of building high-performing teams with a hands-on, customer-first approach. A seasoned business executive and revenue strategist, Karl has led national sales and marketing organizations to record growth while fostering trust-based relationships grounded in integrity and service excellence. Known for his consultative mindset and collaborative leadership style, he helps A+ Pro Services strengthen its mission of delivering top-quality exterior cleaning and maintenance solutions through professionalism, innovation, and a commitment to doing things the right way, every time.

Derek Anderson is a Client Acquisition and Retention Manager with a passion for connection, flavor, and adventure. Drawing on his early career in restaurant operations and his time studying in Italy under a master chef, Derek brings a deep understanding of hospitality and the art of relationship-building to the world of business sales. When he’s not cultivating client partnerships, you’ll likely find him outdoors, preferably on the water, where he finds his balance and inspiration.

Doug joined the A+ Team in 2022 and has worked on both the window cleaning and pressure washing crews since he started. His versatility has been very helpful and he works just as hard regardless of the tasks he’s given. Doug is a father and also really good with a camera!

Hi, I’m Bailey! I’m a Brunswick County local and I love making customers’ homes sparkle! There’s nothing more rewarding than transforming a space into a clean, fresh haven. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new places with my dog! A tidy home brings peace of mind, and I’m proud to help make that happen!

Chad is mostly on the pressure washing side of things here at A+ Pro but you may get lucky and have him out for a window cleaning service, too! He’s always ready to meet our clients and insure their homes are sparkling when he leaves!

Gabby loves to focus on details! When it comes to window cleaning, she will be sure that the glass is streak-free and the sills are clean to the touch! When she’s not at work, you can find her spending time with those she loves, her family!
