Concrete and paver sealing is an application of a clear penetrating water or solvent based multi-purpose clear sealant. They are non-slippery and come in a variety of finishes from no sheen to shiny. We recommend sealing products as a maintenance regime when organic or automotive staining is present. The clear coating will prevent the stains from penetrating into the surface and allow for easier cleaning and promote long term benefits of cleaning.
Applications: Foundation Walls (concrete, block, precast), Above & Below Grade, concrete buildings, sidewalks, patios, crawl spaces, pools, any porous concrete vertical or horizontal surfaces.

After cleaning your flat surfaces like concrete or paver driveways, walkways, patios and retaining walls, we apply the correct clear coating for the desired result. Typically, it is to prevent organic stains like tree droppings or iron from irrigation overspray from penetrating into the surface. The result is a uniform and lasting clean that you can enjoy throughout the seasons.
